Tuition and Payment

Start by contacting our team. We’ll offer details on open spots and address any initial concerns you might have regarding our local homeschooling collaboration.

Arrange a tour to chat with teachers and explore our Gilroy facility firsthand. This allows everyone involved to verify a perfect match for the learning path.

Finish all necessary forms and submit the first payment for your chosen modules. After confirmation, your family becomes a member of the Vine Academy circle.

Enrollment Requirements

To ensure a smooth transition into our collaborative program, we require the following documentation and verification for every student. Our team is available to assist you throughout this checklist.

Vine Academy is a Christian Organization that is a unique fusion of "home & school." At Vine, we believe that parents are responsible for their children's education, spiritual development, and character under God's guidance. Vine's purpose is to come alongside you as parents to assist in your endeavor to educate your students to become godly men and women.

Vine Academy's classes are taught 2 & 3 days per week. As the parent, you will be expected to teach your student on the days they are home and help meet any needs that arise at Vine.

Will it be difficult for you to provide in-person time needed for parental support?*

Service hours.*

I agree that I or a responsible adult will serve a minimum of the required hours per family. 25 hours for one student. 40 hours for two students. 50 hours for three or more students. If I do not meet the requirement, I will be billed $25.00/hour per student before the last billing cycle of each semester.

10 hours must be in person.
