Math 5

This may be your child’s first foray into math classes away from home. From last year, I can attest that the kids were excited to learn and share! It is expected that students joining this class have a solid foundation of addition, subtraction, and multiplication facts. We will build on those skills with fractions, decimals, ratios and proportions, simple geometry, integers, and equations. As time allows, we may cover measurement, graphs, and telling time.

Students will need:

A 1-1.5” binder with 3 dividers, lined paper, and at least 2 sharpened pencils.
