NOTE: Fingerprinting is mandatory and takes a few days to process. Please set up an appointment or find a walk-in location that performs LiveScan fingerprinting. This must be completed before serving on campus at Vine or attending any field trips. If you have any questions regarding fingerprinting, contact Vine at 408-655-2080 or vine@vineacademy.net.
NEW VOLUNTEERS: Print all forms and return them as hard copies to the Vine Academy office.
